Introduction to Keto Eating

Your body primarily uses carbohydrates for energy, but it can also use ketones derived from fats. By reducing carbs and increasing healthy fats, you're essentially switching your body's energy source from sugar to fat. This is the essence of the ketogenic diet, and it's the foundation of our 21-day program. 

Today's Guidance

  • MEALS: You'll have 2 meals and a salad each day. Choose only one option from each meal category.

  • HYDRATION & DRINKS: 

    • Drink 8 glasses of fresh water
    • ​​Enjoy black coffee or unsweetened tea, and feel free to use zero-calorie sweeteners like organic stevia, monk fruit, or xylitol. 

  • SNACKS: One snack per day is allowed in Week 1 (only if you're truly hungry!).

  • TIMING: Finish your last meal at least 4 hours before bedtime.

  • Sleep: Aim to sleep for a minimum of 6 hours, the more the better.

  • (Optional): Delay your first meal of the day by 2 hours after waking up.
