Give us 3 weeks: we will be sending you daily emails before 10:00am to guide you through the program. We will include guidance along with what to eat for the day, so keep your eye on your inbox.

Choose your Eating window

You will be eating 2 meals a day in an 8-hour window and fast for 16 hours a day. For example, If you had your last meal at 7:00pm, your second meal should be at 11:00am the next day. Don’t worry, we will be guiding you on all the details for how to fast correctly.

Choose your meals

We will be sending you delicious recipes to choose from. Each email you receive will include 4 options to choose from. We categorized them based on conveniency:

Who is this program not suitable for?

The keto diet primarily emphasizes fats and proteins. If you are unable to consume any of the following foods, this program may not be suitable for you:

Fats 

  • Butter

  • Cream

  • Olive Oil

Protein

  • Meat

  • Chicken

  • Dairy

  • Cheese

Additionally, if you adhere to a specific dietary lifestyle such as:

  • Vegan

  • Vegetarian

  • Dairy-free

  • Have food allergies, especially towards nuts
    This program will not be suitable for you!
