Ingredient List

  • 1 (180g) avocado

  • 60ml (20g) cream cheese

  • 100g smoked salmon

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • Cut avocados in half and remove the pit.

  • Place a dollop of cream cheese in the hollow of the avocado and place the smoked salmon on top.

  • Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice to taste.
