Ingredient List
140g can of tuna in water (1 big can)
20g red bell peppers, sliced
15g red onions, sliced (half a small one)
30g cucumber, quartered (one small one)
15g celery stalks, diced (one medium size stick)
1/2 medium-size avocado (80g) sliced
1/2 tablespoon lime juice
1.5 tablespoon (20g) olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation Steps
Drain the tuna and use a fork to chip it onto a plate.
Thinly slice the red bell pepper and red onion. Quarter the cucumber lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice. Halve the celery lengthwise, then chop into small pieces. Peel and pit the avocado, then slice it.
Arrange all the ingredients in layers on a large serving platter or individual serving plates.
Combine the lime juice and olive oil in a small jar and shake well. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
