100g Labneh
1/2 tbsp (7g) Olive Oil
10 pieces green or black olives, or both
2 large cucumbers, sliced
30g Cherry tomatoes, halved
Handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
In a shallow bowl or plate, spread the labneh evenly.
Drizzle the olive oil over the labneh, creating a beautiful swirl.
Arrange the olives in a separate small bowl or plate.
Neatly arrange the cucumber slices and halved cherry tomatoes on a separate plate, creating an enticing visual appeal.
Warm the Ketolicious flatbread lightly to enhance its texture and flavor.
