Ingredient List
30g halloumi cheese, cubed.
30g feta cheese, cubed.
100g iceberg lettuce, bite-sized pieces.
Fresh mint leaves, handful
1 tablespoon dried mint
2 green onions, sliced.
1 tablespoon salad herbs & spices
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of one medium lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation Steps
In a large salad bowl, combine the iceberg lettuce, rocca leaves, mint leaves, and sliced green onions.
Add the cubed halloumi and feta cheese on top.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, salad herbs & spices, and a pinch of salt.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
