450 g salmon, boneless
1 tablespoon butter melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt & pepper
2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh or dried chives or fresh dill.
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Combine the melted butter and lemon juice, then pour over the salmon.
Season with salt, ground black pepper, and any other preferred seasonings, such as chives or dill.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork but remains moist inside.
