Keto Burger Plate

Ingredient List

  • 120g ground beef (80%, lean, 20% fat)

  • salt and ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tablespoon butter or olive oil, for frying

  • 70 g green cabbage

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 4 radishes, in wedges

  • 1 large dill pickle or regular pickles, halved

  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard or yellow mustard (optional)

Preparation Steps

  • Form two burger patties per serving from plain ground beef. Wetting your hands can make this step easier. Season the patties with salt and pepper.

  • Fry the burgers in butter or oil over medium to high heat until they are nicely browned on both sides.

  • Lower the heat to medium and continue frying until the burgers are cooked to your preferred level of doneness.

  • Shred the cabbage using a sharp knife or mandolin.

  • Serve the burgers with shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, radishes, pickles, and mustard.
