2 large eggs
20g Shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon (14g) unsalted butter.
2 tablespoon (8g) fresh parsley, finely chopped.
Preparation Steps
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth and slightly frothy. Stir in the chopped parsley and half of the shredded cheese, along with salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in a hot frying pan. Pour in the egg mixture and allow it to set for a few minutes.
Reduce the heat and continue cooking until the egg mixture is almost cooked through. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top. Fold the omelet and serve immediately.
