Ingredient List
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
28g cheddar cheese, sliced
15g baby spinach
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation Steps
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with butter or olive oil.
When hot, crack the eggs directly into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your liking. Cover the pan with a lid, or flip the eggs after a few minutes and cook for another minute.
Remove the cooked eggs from the pan and place them on a plate.
Add the spinach to the same pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry until the leaves are wilted.
Add the spinach and slices of cheese to the plate with the eggs.
Serve with Ketolicious flatbread.
