2 large eggs
1/2 (7g) tablespoon butter or olive oil
28g baby spinach or baby rocca leaves
1 tablespoon mayonnaise, on the side
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation Steps
Heat butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Crack your eggs straight into the pan. For sunny side up eggs, leave the eggs to fry on one side. For over easy eggs, flip the eggs over after a few minutes and cook for another minute. For harder yolks, let them cook for a few more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with baby spinach or baby rocca, a dollop of mayonnaise, and Ketolicious flatbread.
