1 (150g) ripe avocado
1 (14g) tablespoon olive oil
1/4 (28 g) white onion, finely chopped
1/4 lemon, the juice
1/2 (50 g) tomato, diced
40 ml (3 g) fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation Steps
Peel the avocados, cut it into small pieces, add the olive oil and mash the mix with a fork.
Add the onion, lime juice, tomato, cilantro, and garlic.
Season with salt and pepper, and mix until well combined.
