  • 80g green cabbage, shredded

  • 80g red cabbage, shredded

  • 15g carrot, shredded

  • 1 large green onion, sliced.

  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced.

  • Dash of dried mint.

  • 1 tablespoon salad herbs.

The Dressing

  • 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.

  • Lemon juice from half a lemon, small size.

  • 1 (14g) tablespoon olive oil.

Preparation Steps

  • Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until well blended. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until evenly coated.

  • Allow the salad to sit for 20 to 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
