The Salad
80g green cabbage, shredded
80g red cabbage, shredded
15g carrot, shredded
1 large green onion, sliced.
1 tablespoon parsley, minced.
Dash of dried mint.
1 tablespoon salad herbs.
The Dressing
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
Lemon juice from half a lemon, small size.
1 (14g) tablespoon olive oil.
Preparation Steps
Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until well blended. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until evenly coated.
Allow the salad to sit for 20 to 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
