30 g feta cheese, diced
10g green onions (around 1 tall one), chopped
salt and pepper
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a frying pan, and sauté the green onions until nicely browned.
Meanwhile, In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan over the green onions. Lower the heat, add the feta cheese, and stir for a couple of minutes until the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency.
