Ingredient List
1 cup (50g) green lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup (15g) rocca leaves
1/2 cup (15g) spinach leaves
10g (1 stalk) green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 (60g) green bell pepper piece, chopped
5g dill, chopped
2 (30g) small radishes, thinly sliced
1 (15g) tablespoons lemon juice, juice of half a lemon (small one)
2 (28g) tablespoons Olive oil
1 (8g) tablespoon salad herbs & spices
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation Steps
Tear the green lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
Add the rocca leaves, spinach leaves, thinly sliced green onions, chopped green bell pepper, chopped dill, and thinly sliced radish to the bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice to make the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the bowl and sprinkle the salad herbs & spices.
Toss the salad gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
Serve immediately as a refreshing side dish or as a light meal on its own.
