Simply Green Salad

Ingredient List

  • 1 cup (50g) green lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 1/2 cup (15g) rocca leaves

  • 1/2 cup (15g) spinach leaves

  • 10g (1 stalk) green onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 (60g) green bell pepper piece, chopped

  • 5g dill, chopped

  • 2 (30g) small radishes, thinly sliced

  • 1 (15g) tablespoons lemon juice, juice of half a lemon (small one)

  • 2 (28g) tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 (8g) tablespoon salad herbs & spices

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Tear the green lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

  • Add the rocca leaves, spinach leaves, thinly sliced green onions, chopped green bell pepper, chopped dill, and thinly sliced radish to the bowl.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice to make the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the bowl and sprinkle the salad herbs & spices.

  • Toss the salad gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.

  • Serve immediately as a refreshing side dish or as a light meal on its own.
